I like this version much better. Only thing I would have done, was made her a little shiny, like she was oiled up. But hey, that's just me.

Yeah, I agree that this version is better 'cuz it does look more like Tsunade (in terms of the hair, more curvier than sharp). It has more shading details than the last one as well. Like NOMORENAMES said, maybe you should have added highlights like on the skin and hair, but other than that, it looks really cool and better! ^_^

The colors are more lifelike. They seemes a little fake in the earlier version.
