i love the windy feeling along with his lovely hair.you've got a slight low angle there, very nice. Feels like his hand should be slightly bigger if you meant to draw a grown up neji. -- いつかはきっと近付きたい あの雲の高さ 必ずたどりつけるはず yeah prolly shoud've. but i tried and it looked like he had a medical issue... so i decided against it >_<.
