Just decided to do more digital painting work... Need the practice. I'm trying to work more on hair and unique angles. Her neck still seems a little thick, but i looked it up. Still looks weird. 0_ô

 It's an interesting idea and I like how you drew the girl, but the extreme whiteness of the image takes away from it. I'd say work on making the person stand out more from the background.
-- (\ /) ( . .) This is <3. Copy and paste him into your c(") signature to help him gain world domination! that's how i had it originally, but on a white BG its too distinct and bold. So, i integrated it more to make the white color more dominant so the picture would be more balanced and have more emotion.

Though, I would maybe make the shoulders slightly more visible? If you wanted to make everything more white, it does look good, but the face is very strong, were as the shoulders aren't very visible. I'd suggest, not making them as strong as the face, but slightly darker. But apart from that, I think it's really amazing! The use of white, and slight off-white color really makes this a very delicate piece, to me.
I would suggest thinning the jawline and neck just a bit, especially right next to her neck, and define the chin/jawline against the neck so they don't blend together as much/ make her seem to have a thick neck. Also, maybe add a touch of color to her shoulders to make them stand out a bit more (this would make the neck seem a bit thinner as well) or lighten the skin on her neck to make it seem less.. for lack of better phrase... less like it's being pushed forward; it almost seems like her neck is closer to the viewer than her body is. I guess, balance the boldness of color throughout her neck and shoulders. Hope I helped (and made sense!) -- •I support [link] this sexy person•  cool

 This one is amazing! the softness of the coloring is breathtaking, the face looks almost real, the eyes are so expressive... It really inspires me and makes me challenge myself to improve lol.

Critiques
I was drawn in first by her face. The eyes are softly colored yet still show life in them. The lips seem soft, moist, and kissable. The skin tones are smooth and even. Everything matches well with nicely done hair that frames her face with more life. The softness of everything around her face really sets the focal point and makes for a very clean image.
Yes, the neck does seem a little thick. It may be due to the lack of contrast between the neck and hair. It seems to need either more light (thinner hair) or more shadow (thicker). I would have liked to have seen more detail in the wings as well. As incredible as the hair is shows the wings could have been more. It doesn't detract from the image, just a personal thought.
Overall, this image is stunning in it's simple beauty. It would make a wonderful piece of wall art.
