Wow, holy shit. This is amazing, dude. The only things I can think of are that her bent arm doesn't look quite right (the shoulder connects to the arm awkwardly) and her other arm should have a little more shown before you hide it.

And now, some critics!! :

1. I think her face looks a little too chubby or fat, maybe some lil detailed lines might help...

2. Something is wrong with her right arm, like, it's bent where it shouldn't. lol

3. Is she taking off or putting on her shirt? If she's removing it, maybe you should remove the shirt from her left arm and show it at the end of her arm.

And if she's just holding it that way, which is quit cool, maybe her left hand's fingers showing inside her left pocket, like her fingers pointing throw the tissue would make it look more realistic, I think.

4. Finish her left pant's leg. It's really too large right now.

5. Finally, 2 things about the wire of her earphones : 1. I'd lower a lil bit the volume controller and make it slimmer, cooler. 2. the wire makes nice ands smooth curves, but it's abruptly stopping near her head, maybe keeping it curved till it reaches her head would be nice.

That's it!! I hope it'll help you improve that masterpiece!! Oh! And think whatever you want about those suggestions, they're suggestion!!! lol
