The background looks okay, nice and clean makes it look professional. The piece in general is really good, I love the shading and the concept and lines is beautiful. Tragically pretty on her face type of emotion maybe thinking of where Yoruichi-sama is..? The only thing I would add was maybe one of her pigtails coming down and hanging out from behind her back on the left side behind her arm, or wherever you see fit, because you are a better artist than myself, but when I think of Soi Fon I think of the tragic sexyness and pigtails.
